How come there is only a "General Category" and not a million different categories like other boards?

Because it's easier to just specify what your subject is in the "subject" line of a new topic instead of having everyone search through a million categories.

I'm a spammer and I'd like to put links to my viagara sales and porn sites on the board. I planned on registering. Is that ok?
