Jeff G.'s Bio

I have been an over the road driver since 2005 i started out as a flatbed driver. For about 6 years then i moved on to dry vans and reefers. I have been at usxpress for about 6 months. And just started to become a driver trainer. If anyone has some cool apps or info on how to be a better trainer i would like all the info i can get. To be better at my job.

I got fired, now what do I do?

U need to slow down in parking lots. I see people race around in them going way to fast all the time.and they end up runing in to other trucks.

Any info on usxpress

Us xpress is a good place to go they well pay your school fees. And they pay 70 bucks a day when u r with your trainer. After that u get 34 cents a mile and a new truck. The trucks are auto shift.

The whole fleet is all auto shift. They got rid of the manuals a few years ago. Call the recruiters in Chattanooga tn that is there home office. I am a driver trainer and i have not found anyone that had to use a manual for there training unless its a lease truck or a owner op who has a manual otherwise its all auto they have Peterbilts and Freightliners and a few Internationals but i was told they r getting rid of the Internationals.
