Western Non compete contract

I know this isn't what you want to hear more than likely, but short of spending money on an attorney I would take the high road and call up Western Express. Apologize and do what you need to do so that you can possibly be rehired and given another chance. Suck it up and do your year. I promise it will fly by,

Wilson Logistics CDL Training-Springfield, MO-May 2020

Good luck to you and just know you got this. Don't even worry about it. This will be an emotional roller coaster I can promise you that. Some days this will be the greatest job ever, other days you will miss home and just want to quit. You will be happy, sad, lonely, excited, literally any emotion you can imagine you will feel..Just hang an there as this is a very rewarding career and the day you get off your trainers truck and upgrade you will feel a sense of accomplishment and know you made it and that's the best feeling ever. Keep us posted.

Werner Hair Follicle Testing. What panel does it use?

I am pretty sure the 5 panel DOT urine test doesn't include Benzos. However the hair follicle test which is not the DOT required test may actually include more. So to be on the safe side if you did not have a prescription to take the medication then I would wait a minimum of 6 months to a year before I even risked it. There is no sense in ruining your entire career before you even start it. Just my opinion. Best of luck.

Ever had one of those days?

I seen this on Facebook and thought wow just wow... I can't say that I have ever had one of those days. While I have been very angry at times I am thankful I keep a cool mindset and think things through. I completely understand being upset about not getting paid but yea this guy is seriously off his rocker haha.

Why Just Why

Sometimes they will do it also so their sleeper isn't next to a loud running reefer trailer all night long.

Western Express Trucking Contract

I am not sure how their contract is worded. My only advice would be to read it thoroughly as you should have before signing and see what it says about leaving without completely fulfilling it. Just out of curiosity why do you want to leave so soon?

CDL suspended for 12 months.

This is truly unfortunate that this happened. It is even worse if you really didn't hit anything. I am not sure what you can even begin to do at this point. What's done is done. As far as getting another driving job when your CDL is reinstated that may be possible. You may have to go with a second chance company or find someone with more relaxed requirements. This is an overall terrible situation for you as you didn't get off to the best start. How long did you work for Trans Am? I don't mean to come across as rude but you did go through 3 companies pretty quickly and still being a newer driver that is going to severely limit your options in the future as you will be labeled a job hopper. Best of luck with this.
