Name three things you love about your company

Werner: 1. Brand new equipment; got a Cascadia with 43 miles on it. Drove it to 60K then changed to a new T680 due to a shop delay on a trans. issue. Basically, if they can't get you back on the road within a few days, they will swap you into a different truck.

2. Serious about home time commitments. Due to breakdown, was going to miss a semi-important personal event (not life or death) that I had asked off for. Werner bought me a plane ticket home and a rental car back.

3. Driver is in complete charge of Route and when to shut down. Werner never pressures you to roll when your judgement is to shut down. Also, we are able to self route, basically disregard Qualcomm if desired, and if weather forces a major reroute (once added 250 miles to a trip going through Vegas instead of over Donner - my decision, not theirs) fleet Mgr will pay you for the extra miles. We have a lot of 1mil, 2mil, and some 3mil mile drivers and I definitely understand why.
