I am really curious to know how many if any of the ladies here in the forum is driving or have driven through expediter services contract driver type position. How is it ? Is it worth it after having to pay them to lease the truck.Are you driving solo or team?Please help? I want to know what I might be getting myself into.

I just indured 3 weeks of hell on the truck with a 10 year truck driving veteran/mentor with a 8 ball on the steering wheel and a fat cover on the gear shifter.First of all if you are training students take all of these customization type things off the steering and shifter what may be comfortable for you may not be for the student.He did and said everything in his power to deture me away from my dream of driving truck..SMF..Pam Transport no wonder the guy before me jumped off the truck.This guy overall motive was to not teach but to degrade and talk **** instead of help you.

I feel like I should have been started like 5 to ten years ago! But dealing with these idiots and dead end jobs kind of held me back a few years. I refuse to go through my whole life wondering what my life would have been only if I had starting driving a big rig.No more daydreaming here I go and I am going to give it my all.

Hello ladies I start school Oct 24th with Pam Transport I am excited this is what I been wanting to do for about the last ten years.Why I waited so long dealing with these idiots and dead end jobs I Don't Know!But I am Ready better late than never!I am 42 years old no small kids at home its just me and somewhat of a bf.At this point in my life I feel that this is a well needed change.I do want to know are we allowed to carry protection with us or what do you ladies have for your own protection as women of trucking.There are some crazy, deranged ,insane folks out there!
