Reliability and usability of the DAC report

Good afternoon, we are a small company having same issues as everyone else on trying to get employment verified. Someone suggested DAC report, but it appears only the bigger companies report. Am I completely off base with that assessment? The premise of the site is wonderful, but do you find driver information available and if so, do you use it as a tool for hiring new drivers?
