Is it April yet?
It can't get here SOON ENOUGH!!!!!
I have been up to my company's terminal twice in the last 2 weeks. Weather beautiful coming in both times. Leaving was an entirely different story. Both times left with snow/freezing rain falling from the sky. Made for a slow drive the roughly 30 miles from the Terminal in Amherst to the foundry in Waupaca. Yesterday I got to play in 45 mph sustained winds with gusts up to 65 mph while heading south. Who would of thought with 45k in the box that my TRLR would get pushed around that much.
A facility where trucking companies operate out of, or their "home base" if you will. A lot of major companies have multiple terminals around the country which usually consist of the main office building, a drop lot for trailers, and sometimes a repair shop and wash facilities.
Truck drivers who regularly pick up from or deliver to the shipping ports will often be required to carry a TWIC card.
Your TWIC is a tamper-resistant biometric card which acts as both your identification in secure areas, as well as an indicator of you having passed the necessary security clearance. TWIC cards are valid for five years. The issuance of TWIC cards is overseen by the Transportation Security Administration and the Department of Homeland Security.

Tauntaun parking available in the rear.
The view outside my window of the Love's in Boardman, OR. Looks like I might be here a while. I-82 was shut down at the WA/OR border yesterday about 1500 due to a massive pileup, and WSDOT has no timeframe available for when they plan to reopen it.
I was *supposed* to be in Post Falls, ID at 0800. Something tells me that's not gonna happen.
Is it April yet?
