So this was during the part when they have you carry around weights and stuff? The only advice I can think of is to remember to breathe. I think people have a tendency to hold their breath when exerting themselves, but that will make your pulse and blood pressure rise. The other thing would be, if you're not in great shape and don't get much exercise get out and takes a walk or something to raise your heart rate. It's a little late, but even once between now and then couldn't hurt.
Bananas and water... lots of both. Also an asprin everyday.

I have a physical with Schneider Monday. It is my second. The first one went ok, except the fact you have to wear a pulse monitor. This is the first time I've had to do this for a driving physical. On the first try, my pulse rate had to be below 148, during exercise. I had one test that pulse was 150. Automatic fail. My question is, "Any advise on how to lower my pulse"? I'm sure there are people out there, who has seen this.Seeing more companies are monitoring heartrate during the physical.
