Unfortunately I'm good at over thinking things.

Think about this, is called Occam's Razor: if you must choose among several possibilities, often the simplest (most direct) is the best.

In your situation, choose the one that is truly your choice. As for the rest, let them go. If a (non choice) recruiter calls, simply tell them you have chosen another company. On their part, the recruiter will simply cross your name off the list and move on. This does not burn bridges like breaking up with a girlfriend would be.

HOS:

Hours Of Service

HOS refers to the logbook hours of service regulations.

OOS:

When a violation by either a driver or company is confirmed, an out-of-service order removes either the driver or the vehicle from the roadway until the violation is corrected.

Let's put this into perspective here....

Primes average weekly class is 100. By the end of orientation about 20 are left to train. How many apps do you think it took to get 100 that showed that week? 500 applicants?

There is no way they would bother to keep track of people who applied but never came. And there is no reason to use them as leads because there are new apps every day.

No offense..but none of the companies you apply to will remember you.

Could i ask how you professionally declined without. "Burning the bridge"?

Yes. "Although I appreciate your recent offer of employment I respectfully decline. Thank you"

That's it...

Matt applying for a job is not the same as accepting a job offer. Again, you are over thinking this.
