You might want to ask the truck stop manager if they have a video of it. When it comes to workers comp. Which the medical bills should be covered under, having the video to prove you used the handrails will be beneficial.

You have to get your company to fill out a CA-1 describing the accident and and a paper to take to the doctor. probably need a CA-17 feom the Dr stating if/when you are able to perform your duties and exactly what you can/cannot do. Having a clutch right now might not be the best thing. :(

I hope your ankle gets better soon. Im wondering if maybe i could benifit from your down time. That sounds vary selfish although its not ment to be. I had searched in the search bar for west side transport and noticed you had planned on driving for them could you tell me if that ever happened and the experience ?
