It is most important to find a company that fits your needs.
That should help you lots. Also, many companies will reimburse your school costs. Don't be in to much of a rush. Research the company you want and it's best to team with someone who lives close to you and you can stand to share such a small space with.
I drive solo for CFI and I'm very happy with them. They do have teams and are always looking for team drivers. You can check their website for more info. CFI web site. Most of the major companies run teams.

I'd recommend thoroughly researching teaming before you agree to do it. Maybe it's because I'm in my 40s but there's no way I'm sharing a closet sized bedroom with a total stranger for weeks on end and hoping they do their share of the job. I'm going to go solo and worry about only myself. Teaming works for some people; I just know it's not going to work for me.

I will be finished with my CDL class very soon and I am starting to look at companies to work for, I am thinking about teaming but don't know If that is the road to take due to reasons. I do want to take the position that will give me more money. I need all the info I can get.
