I leave to go to training oct 15 to start on oct 16 at the location in Conley GA I have read so many negative things about this company but I am optimistic. However I have a few questions that I can't see to find the answer anywhere.

Where is phase 1 training? Do you go right into phase one after training? How is the hotel in Conley? The econo lodge

Any other information that is positive that I need to know since I am a female?

You might also want to use the search bar found in the upper left-hand corner of this page to search on CR England Training. We've had many drivers attend and complete CRE's training. Check out our Diaries Forum. It's chock full of real-life school and training stories. Might be very helpful to read first-hand what a student experiences in school and during road-training.

CDL:

Commercial Driver's License (CDL)

A CDL is required to drive any of the following vehicles:

  • Any combination of vehicles with a gross combined weight rating (GCWR) of 26,001 or more pounds, providing the gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) of the vehicle being towed is in excess of 10,000 pounds.
  • Any single vehicle with a GVWR of 26,001 or more pounds, or any such vehicle towing another not in excess of 10,000 pounds.
  • Any vehicle, regardless of size, designed to transport 16 or more persons, including the driver.
  • Any vehicle required by federal regulations to be placarded while transporting hazardous materials.
