Thanks for all the answers guys oh and girl . if it is 36 months at platinum guess I've got a longggggg way to go . guess I'll just keep doin what I'm doin . I am starting to get longer trips Laredo to Old Fort OH over the weekend delivered on time and I never refuse a load

Curious question from a bystander.

The 99.5% on-time deliveries. Does that get ruined say..If you got stuck in the big blizzard? Or only affected if it's drivers fault for missing a appointment?

Basically, the on time delivery is only affected if you get a "Service failure". There are a few different reasons you could end up with one. The basic rule of thumb is, if you are delayed due to a circumstance outside of your control (weather, accident on the highway, break down), as long as you send a macro 22 explaining the issue, you are covered. If the reason for being late is that you went out of route, or you run out of hours due to poor trip planning, that's when you're responsible.

That's the detail I was looking for. Appreciate the clarity.
