I loved my 15 years on the road and I truly believe that trucking can be an outstanding career if it suits your lifestyle, goals, and personality. The demand for truck drivers has always been high even in tough economic times, the traveling, the money, the beautiful rigs that most companies have these days, and the adventure of it all – it’s really a great career for the right person.

i started driving a rig in 1982 and came off the road 94. since then i have worked various jobs and would like to get back on the road, however i had let my license lapse and had get a class d, so i went to the dmv passed the gen, air comb. now im finding its going to be next to impossible to obtain a lincese because i dont have a truck to take the skills test and cant find anyone willing to help me out with theirs. thanks trk./truth i guess ill get to chase that high way again.
over look that, i guess ill never beable to chase that high way again!
