		<description>I like your writing style. Great reading.  Yes, checking the oil is an important thing even on a yard truck. This is something that many drivers do not care about. They say &quot;its not my truck&quot;. WRONG!! That blown engine just cost you a pay raise and/or your job.

The backing does get easier in time, but it also is never that easy.  There will be days you can&#039;t back up for a million dollars at the end of that dock! It just does not come together on those days we all have.</description>
