In this post, I really appreciated the part about the woman who having the hard time with the mean-n-nasty instructor, but then did extremely well with her backing after everyone pitched in to help her.
 
Things could have easily gone the opposite way: if folks had turned their backs and not put forth any effort to help out, she may well have failed.</description>
