You would not believe what I went through since '07, trying to pursue trucking!! And haven't even been to the class yet. I have traveled cross country before several times and eating on the road IS expensive! If they are anywhere near to a grocery store along the way in the few off hours, you could probably save a lot there by getting non-perishables.
