Veriha honest review

As of now, it's a hurry up and wait game. I have a couple people who are going to look at the bike Friday. If it sells I'm looking at early October for a start date. I looked into the 160 driving academy in Columbus as well as spoke to Knight transportation. I still think for company sponsored I will go with either Veriha or Schneider. If I can get into the 160 driving academy that would work as well and hopefully go work at Sysco as they are 30 minutes from me. I will update when I finally sell my motorcycle

President’s mandate given earlier today

What makes you think so besides propaganda?

I was going to ask that same question....

Let me state this first I am against mandatory anything really as the constitution forbids it.

As a healthcare worker currently I can tell you that, that statement is true. The symptoms won't be as bad, but it also varies from person to person.

Technically he can't as the constitution forbids it, but he will try

What trucking schools in California take Federal Student Aid?

I'm in the same boat here in Ohio, but there is always company paid. I am going that route and at least you would have a guaranteed job afterward.

Honestly I might just go with Veriha. It seems like a good fit for me at the moment ... Now on to sell my motorcycle so I can survive until I get paid in week 3

double-quotes-end.png

I'm behind you on that, Christopher! If I recall correctly, TheTrucker.com recently featured one of their drivers; feel free to search their site for the article~!!

Their 'commitment' is a bit longer than some companies; that's the 'only' thing that stands out, to 'little ole ' me....!'

Best wishes;

~ Anne ~

ps: Getting paid by week 3 is in fact, a plus, good sir! Losing the bike kinda bums.... ever consider a title loan?!?! In lieu of sale??

It's a 92 so I doubt that would fly for what I need. I'm also in talks with my car company to defer a payment or two. Actually the commitment to Veriha is only 6 months

What about Millis? There is a terminal in Ohio, they do CDL training, and they also offer regional driving scenarios.

double-quotes-end.png

I mentioned them.. as well.. can't get answers, re: Wilson & Millis from the good man, Christopher!!

Those would be my 'first' training company choices, as well, Pack..

~ Anne ~

I was finally able to apply to Millis, apparently my holdup was that it is now September not August so I kept missing employment gaps.....as far as Wilson they did not have any regional/dedicated in my area. The other companies you listed before I will keep them in my pocket but I'm pretty sure that you need experience.

Hogan.

Get a TWIC, Hazmat, and Tanker endorsements and you will have the job you are seeking with Hogan.

Containers. Hogan is expanding in the container market out of Columbus.

I don't think they do CDL training, though.

Did you look at Mast Trucking, here in Ohio?

~ Anne ~

ps: Didn't Wilson approve (like on) you, from the application, here?

I called them and I am an hour away from their hiring area. They would not make an exception. They asked if I was willing to move there

Dang... yeah, I've heard they are 'sticklers' on that. No Wilson? Why didn't THAT work for you ?!? Millis ??

Try Dutch Maid? Also, another Ohio company is Armellini Express...but it's FLORAL, and mostly (if not all; not sure...) 'touch' freight. They're big here in Ohio, too. Based in Florida, of course...however!

One last .. back pocket ~ Witte Bros. ???

Let us know!

~ Anne ~

ps: sorry not including links, until healed, LoL..!

I just applied for dutch maid. I'm still considering Veriha. It seems like a perfect fit for me, but my girlfriend is not to happy. Lol
