HELP

The company that I work for is not a trucking company and our vehicles are just pick up trucks, our biggest trailer is for 10k lbs which is not a big deal to tow but, we just bought a goosneck trailer with a GVWR of 23900lbs. Empty trailer is 8800lbs. My question to you guys is, do I need a CDL driver license? to tow this trailer? Any help will be truly appreciated.
