And yea. Down here n Fl the DMV doesnt Conduct CDL A tests. So they have state approved sites. This trucking school was one of them. I had been practicing for 2 months and figured id go take my test. My moms a O/O very good one at that. But instead of doing that I was going to go to Wilson Logistics Paid CDL program becuz i felt more comfortable with that. It was a win win. No chance on losing 450 bucks on a failed test. Well i never went. Never stepped foot there at all.

Well you see i was going to company sponsored training. Everything was fine and good to go until my processor at Wilson called and said they were going to have to pass on me because I already attended a CDL school. I told them and pleaded with them about how that cannot be and she said it popped up. What it popped up under is what im trying to figure out today and get a copy of that particular record. Heres another kicker. On my DAC is shows nothing. Its blank. Due to the fact i only have my CLP right now it should be blank. So they reported it to some other database and Wilson found out about it. Either way i will be getting an attorney involved. And your thought was the same as mine. They might be getting subsidized payments or something. Either way. Their actions are fraud and have caused me to not get on with 3 companies now. Im going to call wilson back today and see what reporting agency or database they used and if they can send a copy over. Then ill ask the trucking school why they did what they did. I need a good florida attorney for this because I will be seeking damages to my reputation and wages for at least 3 years that i would have gotten. Thanks for your guys help.

Ill try to make this as short and sweet as possible. I made an apmnt at a school here in FL to take a 3rd party test. Well i?never paid and i never went. I decided I was going to go with Wilson Logistics training program since I had my CDL permit and Med card. I got a call today saying that I was disqualified because I went to another school. Clearly I did not. When Wilson did their background report not only did it say I attended their school but that I failed the pretrip TWICE. Ive never set foot on thats school grouds. Only made an appointment.

So my question is: What should I do and is there any recourse for fraudulently altering a national database the way they did. They have now prevented me from going to any other school or company based training program. The have basically ruined my career before its started.

Ive been told I ha e a good lawsuit on my hands but I wanted to hear from some experienced people first. Please yall, anything helps.
