Thank everyone for ur input...but the most important part of the question was am I required to do A SAP program an go through the return to duty bull****...

As Kearsey said, answer the questions honestly, but as narrowly as possible. Don't volunteer information that isn't required.

But, unless your record was expunged, your arrest, charges and case are permanent and public record. You will probably be confronted with it during any background investigation.

It's operating under the influence but I wasn't an the courts later dismissed the charge so I was never found guilty or anything like tht its like it never happened

If I was charged with a ovi charge but later the court dismissed the charge will it still be on my record will I have to go through a sap program an return to duty process
