Couple questions about finding a truck driving school and age requirement.

Hey, I am 20 years old and set to graduate from college in early May. I was looking to go to FTCC or JCC's truck driving school, but they're booked all the way until October. Are there any good truck driving schools that ya'll know about in the Fayetteville/Sanford/Lumberton or surrounding areas?

My next question was that I am looking at flatbed companies with a CDL program, like Maverick. But their hiring requirements are 21+ (because you need to be 21 to drive OTR), but can you start training with those companies to get your CDL, and then when you're 21 go OTR? I turn 21 in September, so it would be pretty close to when CDL and company training would be finished, if not already 21.
