Insurance companies do make mistakes

I recently moved to a new state and purchased a new auto insurance plan. I noticed my premiums were higher but didn’t really pay much attention to it. After a couple weeks I decided to investigate. So I called my insurance company and asked why my premiums were so high and they replied, “well sir, you have 3 accidents on record”. I told them that’s completely false and only had one minor accident and to make a long story short, after investigating they realized it was a mistake and they really didn’t give me any explanation as to what happened but they removed them from my record and adjusted my premiums. I thought it was pretty scary since those accidents would of prevented me from getting hired anywhere but I guess it all worked out.

Traffic accidents from different states

The damage was to the other vehicle and he reported it to his company but I was found to be at fault since my vehicle was in motion, although he did pull to shoulder on my right.

I’m missing something here. Law enforcement was not called and you had no damage to your vehicle, so I’m guessing you turned in some kind of claim to your insurance. Why?? You said it was the other drivers fault trying to squeeze by you on a one lane road. Not sure what really happened here. As already stated answer job application truthfully and you should have no issues.

Traffic accidents from different states

It was about 14 months ago. The accident was considered minor, police were never called and my vehicle had no damage, the other vehicle had scratches on rear fender from trying to squeeze by on a narrow one lane road. I definitely wasn’t planning to hide accident, just surprised it wasn’t on my record. I’m guessing if I pull my record from the state the accident occurred, it will show up. Looking back, maybe I should of paid out of pocket. At the time I had no interest in driving.

How long ago? What are they not finding? Basically give us your driving history.

Traffic accidents from different states

I recently moved to a different state and have legal residency. I obtained my driving record recently and there is no record of a minor accident with no citations or bodily injury. Currently there are no points on my record according to dmv. Although, when I applied for insurance they mentioned accident. My question is, what will the trucking companies see and hold against me? Thanks

Can you drive a water tanker with a CDL A

I’ve noticed most companies require a class B license to drive water tanker but does a class A license supersede a class B? Thanks

One minor at fault accident a year ago

Thank you guys so much for replies. My accident basically consisted of me traveling on a narrow one lane road with a steep drop off on one side and rocks on the other side. Upon meeting this vehicle it pulled to my right on a slight pull off and as I passed my rear tire scratched his rear fender. I was moving at a mile or 2 an hour. Unfortunately it was a brand new Honda Accord and damages were over a $1000 but no police involved and insurance covered also.
