Was wondering in an older automatic, assuming you're loaded, and loaded heavy - what gear should the vehicle be in when climbing up a hill and down? I went up a hill today that had a mild incline, I barely made it to the top and was almost at 10 MPH and dropping before I reached a flat point and gained full traction.
It was an automatic I'd say 86 S1900 - the automatic shifter wasn't numbered 1-2-3 for gears, it had numbers 1, and neutral. But the other gears had letters in front of numbers, very unique.
