Dwi dissmissed

Hello I have a question I was arrested for dwi April of 2022 I got the case dissmissed by the court under a pre trial diversion program but i failed to attend the alr hearing that I was suppose to set up with dps so my license got disqualified for a year I get it back this July. Just wondering how my record is going to look after my license gets active and how employers are gonna see that and what I'm I going to say? I qualify for an expungement next year any answers comments thank you guys
