Old Speeding Ticket

So I have been driving for over 3 years got a speeding ticket in 2021, before I got my CDL. Due to the pandemic a court date was not set until Nov 2023. Plead No-Lo not knowing that the ticket was going on my MVR in all honesty I thought it had already posted since I got my CDL late 2021 and have been driving ever since. Now that it has posted every company is basing the speeding ticket on the 2023 court date and I have not had any luck getting a job since. Trying to fight it any suggestions?
