Rider policy for SWIFT

Thank you. I'm hoping so. I dont know why the recruiter would lie to people who are actually show an interest in their company

Rider policy for SWIFT

So I have a question. I talked to a recruiter for SWIFT and they told me that I can have a ride along as soon as i finish my mentor training and get into my own truck. But I just talked to someone who informed me that ALL trucking companies require you to drive for at LEAST 1 year before you can have a rider in your truck due to insurance reason. I REALLY need to know how true this is because I was under the understanding that after about 2 months I would be able to take a ride along with me. But the person who informed me about the 1 year thing told me that truck companies DO NOT tell you that you have to wait a year to have a rider that they will tell you WHATEVER to get you to sign the contract but if you READ the fine print (which most people don't) it will clearly state that you have to have a year exp before you can have someone with you!!

ANY AND ALL RESPONSES ARE GREATLY APPRECIATED THANK YOU!!
