Does Experience mean nothing?

I'm not looking to leave my company anytime soon but I'm always looking online at different jobs in my area for when I make my 1 year mark. I often see jobs that require 1, 2, & some even 3 years experience...but then the job only might pay like 40 cents per mile, or $12-$16 an hour. I'm thinking why in the heck if I had 2-3 years experience would I take a job paying $12-16 an hour??? I live in Louisiana & we have many plants with contractor work & you can have ZERO experience & go in starting at $15-$20 an hour. I even had a job as a laborer once where all I did was SWEEP concrete for 10 hours a day & made $19 an hour. I know there are some insurance purposes but man! Idk maybe I'm missing something????

There has got to be a better Internet solution

From what I hear cricket wireless has a plan for like $60 which has unlimited data & unlimited hotspot. I think it runs off of AT&T Towers as well. I don't know this for sure so don't take what I say 100%. I know we try to stick with the TRUTH around here. But doesn't hurt to look into it! I myself have unlimited everything with T-Mobile & it's great for the most part unless I'm in hilly or mountainy areas.

Perfectly planned trip THWARTED by a FLAT TIRE !

My Very FIRST load out after I upgraded in Oregon. I picked my load up. Passed by a scale in Oregon & got pulled in. Just my luck. Then on top of that they wanted to do a FULL inspection & check my permits & paperwork & everything. Everything went good! You know the one thing they got me on???? Said one of my trailer tires was under inflated by 4 PSI!! I'm like really???? He said by law this tire is Flat! I did not argue. He said I'll give you a "pass" to get off on the next exit & get it aired up, because I could place you out of seevice... I'm like yes sir! Lol rofl-3.gif
