Didn't show up for swift orientation, because of schneider.

I will say I start with Schneider on the 15 and look forward to it I attended Cr England and regret it fully. Now with the chance with Schneider i dont feel lied to cause every thing the recruiter told me on the phone was the same as it was on the website. I had the same question about the truck parking occasionally they will let a driver take the truck home depends on distance to home you have. you get the same truck every time it is your truck you take the keys with you when you drop your truck is what i have been told by recruiter and by other drivers that i have spoken with at the yard near me I have already met with my DM as he took me to lunch Yesterday to discuses what my long term goals are and were i would like to see my self down the road with the company he gave me a lot of great insight like every company i know im going to like some things and not like others thats life you learn to deal with it or move on. My Dm has given me his personal cell number if i have any other questions come up from now till i go to PA to start orientation

CR England Premier Driving School Burns Harbor Indiana

So I stupidly attended the CR England driving school in Burns Harbor Indiana with out doing further research on them and all the other programs out there. I took 3 weeks to complete the entire course from the class work obtaining the cdl permit and obtaining the licence that's great to me. I was so proud to be told after taking my driving exam that I passed. I still felt cheated they showed us only certain things such as straight line, off set, and parallel backing . All great things but my problem was wheres the rest such as ally docking and so forth they say they dont train on that till your in Phase 2 of the otr training. after spending 3 weeks there and finally getting in to orientation to find out that they dont send you home till after you complete Phase 1 when i was told we would be sent home after orientation for one week to make sure all ducks are in a row. well lucky for me i was playing the CR jump threw hoops game still cause they for some reason could not get my court papers from a misdemeanor back in 06 and tried saying a ticket that i contested was still showing on my record. So they finally sent me home to get my court paper work and to find out what was going on with the ticket. After getting home I called my local DMV who stated " Sir I see the ticket that you have contested and have the paper work from the court stating that the ticket is to be removed from your record and that you do not owe anything for the fine. apparently the hiring team at Cr does not know how to read properly other wise if they did they would have seen on page two the exact break down and showing the end results. I will be glad to send you an exact copy of what we have released to Cr England " she faxed a copy right to me and second page clearly stated RESOLUTION: Ticket # ******** Contested no point on record , fee of 62.00 has been dismissed. As for the court paper work they needed called court house to get the information and they sent me a copy of it all with in 3 days no problem at all. I don't see how CR had an issue getting it since i singed a release form for them. Best advice Stay clear of CR ENGLAND and go with some one else. I now start with Schneider National on the 15 of this month to do all my otr training Im excited now.
