Swift orientation in memphis

I will be attending Swift 2 day orientation starting on Monday 4-8-19. I have one big question if anyone would like to answer it would be appreciated.

I graduated truck school through Celadon back in 2015 and haven't been in a truck to drive since due to life circumstances. I do have my cdl and dot card.

With that being said, I'm super worried about road test at memphis terminal.

Can anyone tell me a current experience with that at the memphis terminal? what happens if i fail the road test at orientation with being an inexperienced driver?

Any advice or experience stories would be great :) And please no negativity.

Is there a standard deduction for supplies?

I just started as a team driver and I'm doing my co drivers taxes but he didnt keep receipts for his supplies...Boots,gloves ect. How can i estimate this so he doesnt get audited? Any help would be appreciated.

As a former tax preparer, I can tell you legally he can't deduct anything without receipts.
