I almost went the Maverick route for my CDL, but when I checked, the school was training on automatics. I didn't want a restriction on my license.

That was a personal decision for me. For some people it's no big deal. There are plenty of companies that have an entire automatic fleet!

Thanks for the insight, didnt know about the restrictions

I recently put my application in to Maverick transport for a regional flatbed position. I will be going to orientation in October,then on to their training facility to get my cdl. Iam thinking about putting an ap into will trans as,well. Any advice?
