Back up cam

Anyone ever set up a backup cam to the side of a trailer? Im thinking as a rookie thats soon to be cut loose on my own it might be very helpful. If so which one and how did you mount it? It would have to be a fast easy mount to switch on and off trailers as needed. Maybe magnetic mount rigged somehow. Was thinking to the front right corner of the trailer looking to the rear.

I was thinking the same thing Ricky, the vets have some good points though. thanks for posting the question it helped me decide to save some money. thanks vets for your imput.

Theft in Trucking Industry

I was reading an article about trailers being stolen in the trucking industry and how its becoming a problem. Does this happen a lot out there? what can a driver look for or do to prevent a shipment from being stolen? i don't believe i have seen any threads here about it so figured it wasnt an issue.

Should where my truck get maintenenced be a factor in a company to work for?

Yes cpm and type of load are still top of the list . i was talking about regular maintenance on the truck not breakdowns...oil changes and what not. ok thanks for the feed back.

DOES QUALITY DRIVERS/CELADON GADSDEN ALABAMA REQUIRE STUDENTS WHO ALREADY HAVE THEIR ALABAMA PERMITS TO RETAKE THE PERMIT TEST?

That does sound crazy to me too.. i came into my school with my permit and others have too. and they just deducted the cost off my school cost.. of course im in nevada not alabama but should be same
