I believe he brought up he food grade issue because hazmat tankers get paid more typically and is one of the reasons people choose to be a tanker. Just a guess.

Christian, with an international drivers license getting a South Carolina license will be real easy. There is a a lot of container hauling work as Charleston is one of the major container shipping ports on the east coast.
