Bad work history solution

Oh Patrick you are the King of the Trolls. I haven't been here long but this latest attempt to rile the fine folks here and get them to say bad things about Swift is an obvious troll. I hope they don't take the bait. Please find another forum for your antics as your lack of knowledge and obvious disregard for what a professional is is frankly boring and childish.

Groceries for cheap on the road!

Whole grain bread only! Get rid of the processed meats as they are real bad for you (Bologna, ham, hot dogs). Replace them with real chicken breast, roast beef, canned tuna if you want meat. Get some veggies in your diet too or you may be looking at colon cancer when you get older.

C.R. England Commercial Learner’s Permit Holders Can Drive Without CDL Holder In Front Seat

I think they should be taken off of our list of company sponsored companies because I don't think they can be recommended in good faith to anyone seeking a start in this industry.

I agree.

This is just another example of how lobbyists get paid. Sad really.

Dealing with being homesick

double-quotes-start.png

We do what we need to do so that we can do the things we want to do. Welcome to the hard decisions of adulthood. You either have to toughen up and tough it out or search for a different job. No one said this would be easy. Good luck.

thank-you.gifthank-you.gif i thought so is just a matter of being a man , so i'm going back and finish this thing ,my family needs me right now plus i don't complain about the duties is only missing my son playing video games whit him and all that but in the other hand i live the road is the best job i ever had

Depending upon your company policy and with school break approaching perhaps you could take your son on a few trips with you. Nothing like one on one time with your son to strengthen that bond.

I will be attending a driving program later this summer at a community college. But in the meantime I'm wanting to practice my backing skills. Without having any experience w/ backing or pulling a trailer, would it be a good idea to maybe rent a trailer from a Uhaul?

A landscaping trailer is much cheaper then renting a Uhaul. Just saying.

Trans Am orientation

double-quotes-start.png

That seems really odd that they would just let you go without any type of explanation, especially considering the fact that you did so well during the time you were there and got along so well with your trainer. It doesn't seem to be in their best interest to fire someone who shows the potential to be a valuable asset. Is there perhaps any other information you can provide which might give us some more insight as to why they would make such a foolish decision? Maybe something in your past which they discovered in a background check? Or maybe some incident that happened which you thought was minor and have therefore neglected to share so far? I'm really just baffled that they would do this for no reason.

double-quotes-end.png

yes,I do have a past.I did ten years in prison and I didn't hide anything on my application. I am covered in tattoos and there are a few visible tattoos that would be considered racist.Im not into all that anymore but the reminders are on my skin.Thats the only thing I can think of.But if that's the reason why wouldn't they just tell me?

I might hazard a guess that a customer saw those tattoos, knew they were racist, and complained to you company. That is not an image their company wants to promote. Just a guess.

Well I dropped the excavator this morning and loaded a road sweeper to come right back to the same site.

That one looks a light lighter than that excavator!
