New graduate looking for company advice

First I would like say what a great website this is. I was out because of a knee surgery about 3 years ago and found Trucking Truth. I've had my cdl B for 12 years and decided to upgrade to the big rigs. There's been many inspiring stories from many great drivers that helped pushed me to take it to the next level. So my question now is which company to pick from. I went to a private trucking school for my license and finally passed my road exam last week. I am torn between 3 companies now, all which I have received a conditional job offer. One is Schneider family dollar dedicated account, Western Express flatbed division and the other is Eastern Freightways which is a flatbed company. I am 37 and in decent health so I'm not concern with the physical work involved with tarps and straps, I actually look forward to it to help stay in shape while on the road. Schneider and Western I heard good things about but nothing on Eastern. No matter where I look there are no reviews. They are a sister company to New England Motor Freight . I would like to hear more from someone on this company to held me make a decision. They are all pretty much the same as far as annual pay and home time. The family dollar account seems to be more loading/unloading then driving for same pay as any other company. Thanks in advance and thank you to all the professional drivers that help us new guys and gals get on the road. K Lennon
