I suck at shifting

Hey everyone. So I got my cdl, trained for a couple months, and now I'm with a really good company. I love my job, but I am terrible at shifting still. It's so rough, I feel like I have no idea what I'm doing. I'm almost considering giving it up.

Going to Celadon!

Thanks for the input thus far! I guess I'm just nervous because it has been a couple of months since I have driven, and I haven't done any shifting or anything like that since I got out of CDL school. I am also sort of nervous about getting my trainer, I'm just really hoping I have a relaxed trainer who isn't burned out and is as excited as I am.

Going to Celadon!

So I got my CDL and I am getting my first real gig with Celadon. Going to Laredo Texas next week for their refresher course, and then I will go to orientation and then hit the road with my trainer! Does anyone have any advice or tips for the refresher? I am not sure what to expect.

Celadon

I was wondering if anybody has worked for Celadon, and how his/her experience was or has been? I'm a potential employee.

First company??

Hey all! So.. I got my CDL but did NOT graduate from a CDL school. I'm in desperate search of a OTR company that pays for their company training, preferably more than 250 a week. I've looked at Prime which looks great but my recruiter doesn't seem to want to talk with me, I've also looked at Knight, and Celadon. . Any info would be VERY appreciated. I really want to get a jump on this new journey.
