Hi, I signed up for a trucking company that has one of the typical "pay for your school if you work for one year" situations. You have 6 weeks to go out with a trainer over the road, then you come back and take a written test and driving test before they give you the keys.
I failed the test and they let me go without option to further my training and retest.
I simply want to know if this cancels the contract from me paying the school tuition back to them.
I was under the impression that if i quit, i would have to pay them the tuition back because of the breach of contract on my part, but if they turn me away for employment, then breach of contract is on them.
Thank you so much

Breach of contract?
I dont want to say the name of the company. I feel that will return biassed reply's by those who may have felt they have been wronged by the company. Besides, this being strictly a legallity over policy issue, i dont think it would be necessary.
I hope im not coming across as rude but i noticed reading a lot of other posts on other subjects, the majority of reply's didnt really answer the question at all. Im hoping any of you that reply can help specifically with this unique incident.
Thank you so much
