I understand the law says that if it was dismissed it cannot be used for hiring decisions.

I know they use hire right for the initial screening. What company do they use for the background check one at orientation?

MVR, Criminal, Employment, Addresses, Nothing?

I've heard some say they only check employment and some say they also check your MVR?

1st week is coming to a end. I passed everything and received my badge. Now on to the fun part actually getting behind the wheel.
