Gravy's Bio

I am John Leitaker. After 40 years of drywall I thought why not be a trucker. Well it is more complicated than that. I took a job as a security guard a couple years ago. At the gate I talked with many truck drivers. About five years ago my wife had floated the idea of us going out on the road in a truck together. After talking to many truckers I decided to get a job as one myself. Next my wife will get a license and we'll be out there together. I am still new but learning the ropes. I work for CRST (crash, roll , stunt team), got my license there. After some winter driving I will be able to train my wife. I hope her training goes better than mine did. I'll be like, you sleep up on top. lol just kidding.

CRST contract fulfillment

I don't know the answer to that question, but what is so bad about CRST? That was one of the companies I had been looking at applying to as a new student trucker. What problems are you having?

I learned at CRST. Finished my contract of course. Became a trainer. Trained my wife. She did her contract. We are dedicated and get a lot of miles. This company has been very good to me. I knew nothing when I came here

Feeling like a rookie

Backing up: Something almost nobody can do. Sure All truck drivers do it. This is a very small portion of the population at large.
