Roehls home time + is not offered everywhere. I already called and asked, I'm in New England. All they offered was a week out, one day at home. Same as with any other company. :(

Clothing suggestions for winter
There is another thread on here about that, good stuff. I'd say however stay away from cotton, it holds on humidity and sweat and doesn't dry fast. UnderArmour is an excellent brand for base layers.

I hope this is a VERY VERY OLD story, because nowdays, $30k wouldn't get you far for a truck, maybe an SUV.
But it is a good story.
I think he said it was at a Ford dealership...so I'm thinking he got a simple pick up truck? lol

It was a flat top, but surely brand new! It had gorgeous wood grain trims, the body was black with lots of shiny chrome. :)

So I think I know...
....what I want. Will start with dry van to gain experience in a safe manner. Then I'd like to go tanker, when I feel I can properly handle a rig.
Now I don't seem to read a lot about tanker drivers on here....is there actually as much demand for drivers? Do they have plenty of work?
Also, aside from Miss Sunshine, is there any other females on here who drive flatbeds?
