PackRat's Bio

I'm a rookie who was dumb enough to buy my own truck so now I think I'm big sh*t. I decided to start talking down to the same 25 year veterans that helped me get my career underway in the first place like I'm some kind of hero and they don't know nuthin. Now I've made an ass out of myself and demonstrated my utter lack of character, appreciation, and self-awareness. Just another dumb rookie running his mouth like I've actually done something.

Background Checks vs. The Matrix

Everybody has a skeleton in their closet. Most background checks by the companies will discover them, no matter how well the applicant thinks these are hidden. The truth always surfaces.

It's the Truckers life for me

Stay clean for at least six months, then start the process. Illegal drugs and trucking don't mix. Never have. Never will.

Try to get as much from the next few days as you can, even though it is a lot at once. The clowns probably won't last long.

Need some advice

That switch-the anti rollback switch. Activate it and engage the anti-spin/low traction control switch. Use both these in conjunction with a very light throttle application. It worked for me when I had an autoshift in a 2016 T680 at Millis.

Looking for CDL Training Companies, No Work History a Problem?

This forum is a joke. I'm getting out of here & never coming back.

That's unfortunate. For you. You may have learned some truths. Lots of stuff on that other site, though.

Can you guys do me a favor and not hijack my thread? Take your discussions about the millennial generation elsewhere.
