Calvin, that "Bug Smasher One" fella is very smart. I know him, and I can tell ya his calculation is right on the money. Prime is paying you correctly, you just didn't understand how that per diem is part of your total pay.

Well, my calculate says that $0.365 + $0.08 = $0.445. Prime is not lying to you, per diem is part of your cpm pay.

I'm a company driver for Prime Inc. and I doing good so far but here's the thing. When I first started in April I was told as a company driver with a lightweight truck starting at .445 cpm and it was told by my recruiter by I'm not making that much. I'm really making .380 cpm and just got a 1.5 pay increas. I'm on per diem which is .08 cpm. I've when from .365 cpm to .380 cpm with new pay increase but since I'm not given a .445 cpm to start I just wonder why the lies. I ask my fleet manager how much I suppose to get paid and he said, "Well it suppose to be .445 cpm", and I said supposedly. Something just isn't right. Even though I'm bringing a descent pay after taxes I just don't why Prime isn't telling the truth about the starting pay.
