Not old enough to truck?

I'm currently 20 years old located in Canada. I've always been really interested in trucking but I've always read that it's very difficult when a new driver under the age of 23 with no experience attempts to find a job. I will have my full drivers license in a month which will make me eligible to train for my AZ license (CDL). If i do decide to sign up for a school, I will be 21 after i receive my ticket.

I know some company's will hire at the age of 21 but do I have a decent shot or should i hold of until I'm around 23? I understand it has a lot to do with liability and insurance. Any help would be appreciated. I've been reading a lot on this site the last couple months. Thanks
