Has anyone attended Stevens Transportation sponsored CDL
Thank you for the Info. I will be looking forward to joining Steven's and becoming a professional Driver .
I think Stevens is a great company easy to learn mostly Hwy driving and great equipment. You get 3 pay raises in a year. They also have one of the longest training periods they are not just throwing you out there..

Has anyone attended Stevens Transportation sponsored CDL
Hello, everyone, this is my first post, however, I've been lurking for a while now. The name is Felipe. A little about myself I have been in the Marketing and Advertising Industry for the past 10 Years and it seems to be getting harder and harder to make a decent living in a commission driven industry.
So I have been looking at changing my career and I seem to be the most attractive to becoming a CDL driver seems like if you play hard you can make a decent income please correct me if I'm wrong.
So I have been checking a few sponsored CDL schools and I have narrowed it down to 2
My first Choice is Steven's Transportation has anyone had any experience with them. They seem to be good as far as equipment, The only part I did not like is the pay per mile. But I guess if they will help me get my CDL I guess is the price I will have to pay!
My second Choice is CRST Expedited they offer the same a sponsored CDL the only difference they want me to drive in a team once I complete the training I guess the only positive thing in that will be able to rank more loads per week or am I mistaken on that?
Please help would hate it if I make the wrong choice just because I don't feel like reaching out.
Felipe

Where to look for work as a new cdl holder
Hello Forum hope that all of you are having a good day. First of all I want to take a moment to thank trucking truth for all the free help they put here for new driver's to take advantage I know I did and it also helped me pass my D.O.T test thank you so much.
Now I have another problem so I don't have any experience what would you recommend me to do. I understand that most companies require 2 year's which I don't have. I have since Friday that I obtain my CDL. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Felipe
