I think I might be getting 3 points on my cdl for running a stop sign in Texas. Is my cdl license screwed for the next three years?

Dui on record but case was thrown out.

3 years ago I was charged with a DUI. The case was thrown out with no conviction but it's still on my record. Will I have a problem getting my cdl from a trucking company?
