Newbie question about recapping your 70hr clock

I am a brand new member and I'll be getting my cdl in April with Roehl. I really would like to understand recapping the 70 hr clock, i've read about it and I have also watched numerous videos on it as well, but I guess i still don't understand it fully, I am asking if someone could please take the time and explain it, step by step. There is so much i want to learn before I start my career so I am ahead of the game. Thanks for your time!
