Prime inc. bummers by recruiters?!

G-Town i disagree with you regarding badmout thing, anyway, we moving on. So i was not sitting on my ... and didn't do nothing, considering a carrer does not mean prejudice towards me, thank you for your reply. So my situation is - Prime inc recruiter said she did not receive any my W2 forms, i send them twice via email in the last 5 days. She insist that in order to complete verification they need to speak to my former employer, i provided 4 former employers addresses, phone numbers, names, W2, few reference letters all i can i gave them. Why she cant call them next day if she cant reach them today?!( streamline process, they dont care), actually she is asking me to call my former employer and tell them to be on stand by for the call from Prime inc. to verify my past employment with them. So my application cant be processed because they can not confirm my work history. There is no law that tells my former employer must provide any reference to anyone. I worked in hospitality, these hotels hire illegals left and right, this fact that future potential employer and past employer cant connect is a "system glitch". That is not right. I am sure i am not the only one. That is ridiculous , prime inc put on my shoulders what they not willing to do? How i can call my past employer and force them to answer the phone call from Prime inc? Plus those guys that i worked for dont care as long as i am not their race to do something for me( just saying, not racism).

Prime inc. bummers by recruiters?!

Hello to all. Is it possible to hear bummer stories that people experienced with Prime inc during recruitment? I really want to go with prime inc, did aplication, got a call back, got a pulse app to stay in touch, so all started very "fast and furious" but somehow stuck in the process, so far it is 2 weeks already since i made application. My former employer does not provide reference, nothing at all, not a single word and seems like i never worked there. He is ignoring Prime inc calls. I worked in hospitality industry for 5 years. During last conversation prime inc said they did not receive from my employer nothing( prime inc. cant verify my past employment) and since then silence.

I managed to send them(prime inc) my all W2 forms(4 years), and few reference letters i have and still silence.

Kind of strange actually, lack of communication or that the way they conduct their business,my be overloaded with applications? Or may be my application was rejected??? How long it takes for a background check? And can my W2 be a proof of employment? Prime inc never asked me for W2, i asked them if any other way i can prove my employment (with W2 form) cause manager of the hotel avoiding Prime inc. calls probably. Can anyone share experience with prime recruitment process?

P.S. I applied for a student CDL training program, have zero experience in Trucking industry.
