I quit after 15 years of heavy smoking by first switching over to chew so i could immediately stop inhaling cancer smoke. Chew was amazing with a monster blast of nicotine to the head, very pleasurable, but after a month i down graded to nicotine gum for 2 months which was also amazing and addicting, but stopped that finslly.

Should you start with knight, then want to work for swift, or any other of their companys like barr nunn or abaleen, there would need to be a 3 month gap from when you quit knight due to a compete clause.

For someone in reasonable shape, probably 4 hours round trip, about 4 miles, but taking an uber to the trail head could also be an option allowing for more time at the river or hiking further on past the water fall

Finally had to quit Prime after 21 months because of that reefer noise messing up my sleep, went dry van with night, same money, more "normal" hour delivery times, no more wasted hours getting trailer wash outs, and many more quality of life improvements, and no more disrupted sleep
