Has anyone else been in this situation?

If by "this situation" you mean "broke as hell" - oh yeah, we've all been there!

Lol thanks. I'm just salty about no longer being able to afford to attend the school I was going to. I at least got 300 hours of classroom time which was a bit excessive but rather in depth. Got to plan a trip using log books and an atlas amongst other things. I'm just waiting on my recruiters verifier now to approve me. They were confused at first as to why I would wanna withdraw from school to take on a year long contact with them until I told them that I couldn't afford to commute 45 minutes each way to school and back in addition to showing up everyday to check in after graduation to secure my spot for a road test. They were going to expect me to wait 2 months for my test while showing up 3 days each week. I have a 1 year old and can't afford to wait until March to get my license.

What would you say is the most difficult part of the 3 weeks of training to get your cdl through prime?

I've been attending nettts since July. Due to bills and work I've had to change class schedules several times and just got back from a leave of absence. Upon returning front a leave of absence you must take a drug test per accordance with the law, not a problem there. However during my leave of absence the schools dot doctor changed his schedule and is only there one day during the week and every other Saturday. The Saturday I showed up not being the day he was there. I was told to go home and come back next week to take the drug test and that my return date would be pushed back an additional 2 weeks. I already couldn't afford the gas to get there that day and told them that I couldn't afford to come down on a non class day either. They said to deal with it basically. I'm now stuck taking my chances with prime's student training because I can no longer afford too show up to a school that demands I show up when I could be working instead. Has anyone else been in this situation?
