New to trucking. Trying to get input on companies

Hi everyone. I start my cdl school next week. I was recently laid off from railroad industry. I've always wanted to drive a truck and I'm now taking the opportunity to do so. I'd like your input on two main companies I'm looking into. One is schneider and other is averitt. To me I think schneider for more opportunity where I am but averitt seems good also. Any input would be great. Thanks. Matt
